Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Conduct ongoing formative and summative assessments to monitor pupil progress and inform future planning.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's development.
• Plan and implement a creative curriculum that caters to diverse learning styles and individual needs.
• Contribute actively to the wider school community, participating in events and initiatives.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of EYFS principles and practice.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to children's holistic development.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with children, colleagues, and parents.
• Be a proactive and adaptable team player, keen to contribute to a supportive school culture.
• Committed to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practice.
