Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver creative and challenging lessons tailored to Key Stage 2 pupils.
* Assess, monitor, and report on the academic progress and development of every child.
* Cultivate a supportive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment where all can thrive.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and the wider school team.
* Engage positively with parents and carers, fostering strong home-school partnerships.
* Actively participate in school events and contribute to the vibrant community spirit.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
* A genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to nurturing young minds are essential.
* You can inspire and motivate pupils, fostering a love of learning in every child.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a hallmark of your professional approach.
