Key Responsibilities
* Supervise whole classes effectively during teacher absence, upholding school standards.

* Implement the school's behaviour policy consistently to maintain a positive classroom.
* Foster a safe, orderly, and productive learning environment for all students.
* Encourage pupil independence and engagement with their assigned work.

About You
* Possess prior experience working with young people, ideally within a secondary school environment.
