Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons that ignite a love for learning in Early Years Foundation Stage pupils.
• Assess and monitor children's progress effectively, providing tailored support to meet individual developmental needs.
• Cultivate a vibrant, stimulating, and safe classroom environment conducive to exploration and discovery.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development.
• Contribute actively to the wider school community, participating in events and continuous professional development.
• Ensure all safeguarding policies and procedures are rigorously adhered to, prioritising pupil well-being above all else.
About You
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possesses recent experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Demonstrates a profound understanding of child development and effective pedagogical practices for young learners.
• Exhibits outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive interactions with all stakeholders.
• Possesses a proactive approach to classroom management, inspiring positive behaviour and engagement.
• Shows a genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to nurturing every child's potential.
• Is highly organised, adaptable, and thrives within a collaborative team environment.
