About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join an inclusive primary school, with an immediate start available. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to nurture young learners through engaging and creative teaching, with salary paid to scale. We are open to both long-term and permanent contracts, providing a stable environment for professional growth and development within a supportive setting where every teacher is valued and encouraged to flourish.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver high-quality, inspiring lessons tailored to Key Stage 1 pupils.
* Foster a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere where all children thrive.
* Regularly assess pupil attainment and progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school staff to enhance the learning experience.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
* Actively contribute to extracurricular activities and whole-school initiatives.

About You
* You are a fully qualified teacher with QTS, suitable for ECT, MPS, or UPS pay scales.
* You possess demonstrable experience and a genuine passion for teaching Key Stage 1 pupils.
* You have a proven ability to create an engaging and stimulating learning environment.
* You are dedicated to fostering strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
* You are committed to your own continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* You embody a positive and resilient approach to the challenges and rewards of teaching.
