About the Role
A forward-thinking school within the East Midlands region is actively seeking dedicated Secondary Supply Teachers to join their team, supporting education across various secondary settings in Northamptonshire. This dynamic role offers the chance to make a tangible difference to pupils' learning experiences on a daily, short-term, or long-term basis, with immediate starts available. You will be instrumental in ensuring continuity of education and maintaining a positive learning environment during periods of staff absence, covering a broad range of subjects and potentially acting as a Cover Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively across various secondary subjects.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment for all pupils.
* Manage pupil behaviour in line with individual school policies and procedures.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your supervision throughout the school day.
* Adhere diligently to school timetables and operational guidelines.
* Provide constructive feedback to pupils where appropriate, supporting their learning journey.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Demonstrate previous experience teaching across the secondary curriculum.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young people.
* Show strong adaptability and flexibility when working in diverse school settings.
* Be passionate about fostering a love for learning and academic progress.
* Hold a current Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one.
