Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver high-quality, engaging Science lessons across key stages.
* Assess pupil learning effectively, providing constructive and timely feedback.
* Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all pupils can thrive.
* Actively contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Science curriculum.
* Participate fully in departmental meetings, training sessions, and wider school initiatives.
* Adhere rigorously to all school policies, procedures, and safeguarding guidelines.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to secondary education.
* Demonstrate the capability to teach Science across Key Stage 3 and 4, with A-Level experience desirable.
* Exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for inspiring young learners in the fields of Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
* Command excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
* Show a strong commitment to continuous professional growth and reflective practice.
* Be a collaborative team player, eager to contribute positively to the school community.
