About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate Teaching Assistant to join a thriving school in the South East, specifically within the beautiful county of Buckinghamshire. This vital role involves providing essential general classroom support across primary phases, including dedicated assistance for pupils with Special Educational Needs. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals available for a variety of contracts, from daily supply and short-term engagements to long-term positions and permanent roles, with an immediate start available for the right candidate, offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils' learning and engagement across the primary curriculum.
* Assist the class teacher with the planning and preparation of educational activities.
* Provide focused one-to-one or small group support for pupils, including those with SEN requirements.
* Help foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff to enhance pupil development.
* Contribute to the assessment and recording of pupil progress under teacher guidance.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting children's education and well-being.
* Previous experience working with primary-aged children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
* An understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and effective support strategies is beneficial.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport easily.
* A proactive, adaptable, and resilient approach to classroom challenges defines your work ethic.
* You are capable of building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and the wider school community.
