We are seeking enthusiastic individuals available for a variety of contracts, from daily supply and short-term engagements to long-term positions and permanent roles, with an immediate start available for the right candidate, offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110.
Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils' learning and engagement across the primary curriculum.
* Assist the class teacher with the planning and preparation of educational activities.
* Provide focused one-to-one or small group support for pupils, including those with SEN requirements.
* Help foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff to enhance pupil development.
* Contribute to the assessment and recording of pupil progress under teacher guidance.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting children's education and well-being.
* Previous experience working with primary-aged children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
* An understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and effective support strategies is beneficial.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport easily.
