Key Responsibilities
* Provide essential classroom support to the class teacher, enhancing the learning experience.
* Deliver targeted assistance to pupils with Special Educational Needs, both individually and in small groups.
* Help create a stimulating and organised learning environment for primary-aged children.
* Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources, adapting them for diverse needs.
* Support pupil engagement and behaviour management strategies throughout the school day.
* Facilitate positive communication between pupils, staff, and parents where appropriate.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting children's development and educational journey.
* Demonstrate prior experience working within a primary school setting.
* Hold relevant qualifications or professional development in supporting learning (desirable).
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport effectively.
* Show a proactive and adaptable approach to different classroom dynamics and pupil needs.
