Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Computing lessons to secondary school students across various key stages.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
* Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Computing curriculum.
* Participate in departmental meetings and whole-school professional development activities.
* Uphold the school's values and contribute positively to the wider school community.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a specialist qualification in Computing or a closely related field.
* A genuine passion for computing and its applications in the modern world is essential.
* You demonstrate the ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities and backgrounds.
* Excellent classroom management skills ensure a productive and respectful learning atmosphere.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practice.
* This role is suitable for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced educator (MPS/UPS).
