About the Role
We are actively seeking passionate Early Career Teachers to join vibrant primary school communities across the picturesque Buckinghamshire region of the South East. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
* Assess pupil progress effectively and provide constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and enhance teaching strategies.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil achievement and attendance.
* Engage with parents and carers to support pupil learning and well-being.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be in the process of obtaining it.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and child development.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Show a proactive approach to continuous professional growth.
* Have the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
* Be adaptable and resilient within a dynamic educational setting.
