This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Primary Supply Teacher to join a supportive school and work across various primary settings in the vibrant Harlow area. You will be instrumental in maintaining educational continuity and fostering a positive learning environment for pupils of all ages. This flexible role offers a range of contracts, including daily supply, short-term assignments, and potential long-term or even permanent placements, providing an excellent daily rate between £145 and £160, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver well-prepared lessons that engage and inspire primary pupils across all key stages.
* Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Adapt quickly to different school policies, routines, and curriculum frameworks.
* Supervise pupils effectively, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
* Provide constructive feedback on pupil work, as directed by the school.
* Collaborate professionally with teaching assistants and school staff to support pupil progress.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant teaching qualification.
* Demonstrate experience working across various primary key stages, showcasing adaptability.
* Possess excellent classroom management skills, ensuring a respectful and focused learning space.
* Be highly flexible and able to respond to last-minute assignments with professionalism.
