Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5.
* Plan and prepare innovative schemes of work that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
* Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to excel.
* Contribute to the development of departmental resources and participate in extracurricular Maths activities.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance overall teaching strategies.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Demonstrate exceptional subject knowledge and a genuine passion for mathematics.
* Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), experienced Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) teacher.
* Show a proven ability to inspire and motivate secondary school pupils to achieve their full potential.
* Exhibit strong classroom management skills and a steadfast commitment to student well-being.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with pupils, parents, and staff.
