We are partnering with an innovative school community in the vibrant Milton Keynes area, seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to enrich their primary phase provision. This is a unique opportunity to embark on your teaching journey across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, with various flexible contract options available, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, all starting as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic, inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum to inspire young learners.
* Cultivate a stimulating and supportive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive.
* Accurately assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the learning experience.
* Actively participate in professional development opportunities, embracing continuous learning and growth.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to make a significant impact.
* You possess a genuine passion for primary education and a deep understanding of child development across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with pupils and families.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and committed to creating an inclusive and joyful learning experience for all.
* You are keen to embrace new challenges and contribute positively to a collaborative school culture.
