About the Role
We are partnering with an innovative school community in the vibrant Milton Keynes area, seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to enrich their primary phase provision. This is a unique opportunity to embark on your teaching journey across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, with various flexible contract options available, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, all starting as soon as possible. You will be joining a supportive environment dedicated to fostering educational excellence and personal growth for all.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic, inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum to inspire young learners.
* Cultivate a stimulating and supportive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive.
* Accurately assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the learning experience.
* Actively participate in professional development opportunities, embracing continuous learning and growth.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to make a significant impact.
* You possess a genuine passion for primary education and a deep understanding of child development across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with pupils and families.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and committed to creating an inclusive and joyful learning experience for all.
* You are keen to embrace new challenges and contribute positively to a collaborative school culture.
* You are dedicated to your own professional growth and development within a supportive educational setting.
