About the Role
An ambitious school is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary setting. This role involves providing essential support to young learners in the Early Years Foundation Stage, fostering a positive and stimulating environment for their crucial early development. You will play a vital part in nurturing curiosity and building foundational skills, contributing significantly to each child's educational journey. We are looking for an individual available for an immediate start, with opportunities for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent engagement.

Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate engaging learning experiences for children within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Provide targeted support to individual pupils or small groups, aiding their educational progress.
* Collaborate closely with the class teacher to implement diverse and stimulating activities.
* Assist in maintaining a nurturing, organised, and inspiring classroom atmosphere.
* Support children with special educational needs, ensuring their full inclusion and development.
* Contribute to the observation and assessment process, tracking children's milestones.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
* Proven experience supporting young children in an educational setting is essential.
* A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is required.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport effectively.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting diverse learning needs defines your work ethic.
* You are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
