Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons, adapting the curriculum to meet diverse learning needs.

* Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every pupil feels valued.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other support staff to enhance pupil outcomes.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for SEN education.
* You bring experience working with secondary-aged pupils who have complex learning needs.
* You demonstrate a clear understanding of differentiated instruction and personalised learning approaches.
* Your communication skills are excellent, fostering strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
