About the Role
A forward-thinking school in the South East is seeking a passionate MFL Teacher to join their thriving secondary department. This is a superb opportunity for an enthusiastic educator specialising in both French and Spanish, available for a permanent or long-term position starting in September, or potentially sooner. You will be instrumental in fostering a love for languages across various key stages within a supportive and dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging lessons in French and Spanish to secondary pupils.
* Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for all language learners.
* Assess pupil progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to aid development.
* Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of the MFL department's curriculum.
* Participate in school-wide activities and promote a positive school culture.
* Encourage pupils to develop a deep appreciation for the cultures of French and Spanish-speaking countries.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a specialism in MFL, particularly French and Spanish.
* Candidates at all career stages, from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to more experienced MPS/UPS teachers, are encouraged to apply.
* You demonstrate exceptional subject knowledge and a genuine passion for modern foreign languages.
* Proven ability to inspire and motivate secondary school pupils to achieve their full potential is essential.
* You possess strong classroom management skills and a commitment to creating an effective learning atmosphere.
* A collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to professional development are highly valued.
