We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for immediate starts, offering flexible contract options including daily supply, short-term, long-term, or even permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £95 to £120.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct, tailored support to secondary pupils experiencing SEMH challenges.
* Implement effective behaviour intervention strategies, promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
* Support pupils in developing their emotional regulation skills and self-awareness.
* Facilitate pupils' successful reintegration into classroom activities and academic tasks.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and other professionals to plan and deliver engaging learning experiences.
* Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive educational setting for all pupils.
About You
* Possess previous experience working with young people, ideally in an SEN or SEMH context.
* Demonstrate strong behaviour management techniques and a calm, consistent approach.
* Show genuine empathy, patience, and understanding towards pupils' individual needs.
* Be resilient, proactive, and able to adapt to varying situations within a dynamic school environment.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport effectively with pupils and staff.
* Hold a passion for making a significant positive impact on the educational journey of vulnerable pupils.
