About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected school as an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant, supporting young learners in their crucial developmental years. This varied role offers a chance to contribute significantly to the vibrant primary environment, with contracts available on a long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent basis. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual ready to commence as soon as possible, providing invaluable support within the early years setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting individual and group learning activities within the EYFS framework.
* Assisting the class teacher with the preparation and organisation of engaging learning resources.
* Contributing to the creation of a stimulating, safe, and inclusive educational environment.
* Supervising children during various activities, including playtime and mealtimes.
* Observing and recording children's progress, providing feedback to the class teacher.
* Upholding school policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of care and education.

About You
* Possess previous experience supporting children within an Early Years Foundation Stage or primary setting.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood development and education.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with children and colleagues.
* Be proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a supportive team.
* Hold relevant qualifications or training for a Teaching Assistant role, particularly within EYFS.
* Show a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all pupils.
