ASD Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ASD Support Assistant to join a flourishing school, providing vital specialist support to primary pupils on the autism spectrum. This impactful role involves working within a dedicated ASD provision, implementing structured routines, sensory strategies, and communication support. Opportunities are available for various contract types, including daily supply, short-term, long-term, and permanent positions, commencing as soon as possible, offering a competitive daily rate of £90 - £115.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
* Implement structured routines and visual aids to support learning and behaviour.
* Utilise a range of effective sensory strategies to meet individual pupil needs.
* Facilitate and enhance communication using appropriate methods and tools.
* Foster an inclusive and nurturing environment where every pupil feels valued.
* Assist with the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting primary-aged pupils with ASD.
* Exhibit a genuine
