Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary pupils experiencing complex Special Educational Needs.
* Assist in the preparation and adaptation of learning materials to meet individual pupil requirements.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment conducive to positive learning experiences.
* Encourage pupils' social and emotional development, building confidence and self-esteem.
* Promote greater independence and life skills development throughout the school day.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and other specialists to enhance pupil progress.
