About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Supply Teacher to join an innovative school environment in Telford, Shropshire. This role offers an exciting opportunity for day-to-day and short-term supply assignments within specialist primary SEN provisions. You will be instrumental in supporting pupils with diverse special educational needs, providing engaging and inclusive learning experiences across various settings. This position allows for significant flexibility, enabling you to make a profound difference to pupils' development on a short-term basis, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored and engaging lessons across primary phases, catering to a range of special educational needs.
* Adapt teaching methodologies and resources to meet individual pupil learning styles and requirements effectively.
* Foster a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and other support staff to maximise pupil progress and well-being.
* Monitor and assess pupil attainment and developmental milestones, providing constructive feedback.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils at all times.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience within a primary setting.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with pupils with a wide spectrum of special educational needs.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience when transitioning between different classroom environments and pupil groups.
* Possess strong behaviour management strategies that promote a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* Communicate effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents, building positive professional relationships.
* Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), experienced Main Pay Scale (MPS) teacher, or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) teacher looking for flexible work.
