About the Role
A dedicated school is seeking an inspirational and passionate Science Teacher for a long-term, permanent role starting in September 2026. You will be instrumental in delivering a dynamic Science curriculum across the secondary phase, igniting curiosity and fostering a deep understanding of scientific principles among all students.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging Science lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
* Develop and implement creative schemes of work aligned with national curriculum standards.
* Assess student achievement rigorously, providing timely and effective feedback to support progress.
* Cultivate a stimulating and supportive classroom atmosphere where all students feel empowered to learn.
* Actively participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the wider school community.
* Maintain excellent classroom management and uphold the highest standards of professional conduct.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant degree in a scientific discipline.
* Demonstrate a strong track record of teaching Science successfully at secondary level, open to ECTs, MPS, and UPS.
* Possess an enthusiastic approach to education and a genuine desire to inspire young scientists.
* Exhibit exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload effectively.
* Be a collaborative team player with a commitment to contributing positively to school life.
* Show dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
