About the Role
A flourishing school in Essex, South East England, is seeking an inspiring and dedicated Computing Teacher to join our vibrant secondary team on a permanent contract from September 2026. This full-time role offers the unique opportunity to teach across the Computing curriculum, contributing significantly to our students' digital literacy and technical understanding, with salary paid to scale. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about technology education and committed to fostering a love for the subject among young learners.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Computing lessons across all key stages within the secondary phase.
* Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and problem-solving.
* Assess student progress regularly, providing timely and constructive feedback to aid development.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and review of the Computing curriculum.
* Support the pastoral well-being and academic growth of all pupils in your care.
* Participate actively in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.

About You
* You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* You possess a genuine passion for Computing and its pedagogical application.
* You demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
* You are committed to raising attainment and inspiring a love for technology in students.
* You show enthusiasm for continuous professional development and innovative teaching practices.
* You exhibit strong interpersonal skills and thrive as part of a collaborative team.
