About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to shape young minds in an innovative school environment. We are seeking a dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join our vibrant early years team, playing a crucial role in nurturing foundational learning. This fulfilling position involves designing and delivering an engaging curriculum that fosters curiosity and development in our youngest pupils. We are actively considering both long-term and permanent contract arrangements for this instrumental teaching post, commencing as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a stimulating and rich EYFS curriculum, fostering a profound love of learning.
* Plan and execute creative lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and individual needs.
* Establish a safe, inclusive, and profoundly positive classroom environment for all children.
* Accurately assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents and carers, supporting home learning.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community and its continuous development.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a thorough understanding of the EYFS framework.
* Demonstrate proven experience teaching in a Reception class or similar Early Years setting.
* Possess an innate passion for early childhood education and developing young learners.
* Exhibit excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* Be a proactive, resilient, and highly motivated professional committed to pupil success.
* Show a steadfast commitment to upholding the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare.
