We are seeking an enthusiastic PPA Teacher to join a supportive school in Northamptonshire. This varied role involves delivering engaging lessons across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. You will be instrumental in ensuring continuity of learning during teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment time. This exciting opportunity offers flexible contracts, including long-term, short-term, and daily supply arrangements, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and well-planned lessons across the primary phase.
* Provide effective PPA cover, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning continue seamlessly.
* Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom atmosphere for all pupils.
* Implement school behaviour policies consistently and fairly.
* Collaborate professionally with class teachers to support pupil development.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant UK teaching experience.
* Demonstrate proficiency in delivering the primary curriculum across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Exhibit exceptional classroom management techniques and an ability to inspire pupils.
* Be highly adaptable, resourceful, and able to transition between different year groups with ease.
* Show a genuine passion for fostering children's learning and development.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with staff and pupils.
