About the Role

Various contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, are available to suit your professional aspirations. A competitive daily rate of £95 - £110 is offered, with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive support to pupils during various learning activities.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.
* Implement tailored strategies to support children with Special Educational Needs.
* Contribute to maintaining a positive, organised, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
* Support the social and emotional development of pupils, fostering their independence.

About You
* You possess previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a primary setting.
* Demonstrable experience supporting pupils with diverse Special Educational Needs is highly valued.
* You exhibit a genuine passion for nurturing the development and well-being of young learners.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enable effective interaction with children and staff.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* A commitment to continuous professional growth and fostering a love for learning in children defines your approach.
