We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant to join a respected school community in the heart of Buckinghamshire. This vital primary support role offers an immediate start and a variety of contract opportunities, ranging from daily supply to long-term and permanent positions. You will play a crucial part in fostering a positive learning environment for all pupils, including those requiring additional SEN support.
Key Responsibilities
* Support individual pupils or small groups with their learning and development.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing engaging resources and facilitating lesson activities.
* Promote positive behaviour and engagement throughout the school day, encouraging independence.
* Contribute to an inclusive and nurturing classroom atmosphere for every child.
* Help monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to the class teacher.
* Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access the curriculum effectively.
About You
* You hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children in their educational journey.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships.
* You show initiative and adaptability, thriving in a dynamic educational setting.
* You have a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
* Previous experience supporting children with diverse learning needs is highly valued.
