About the Role
A well-established school in the High Wycombe area is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to enhance the learning experience for primary-aged pupils. This rewarding opportunity involves providing essential classroom support and contributing to the holistic development of children. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about education and ready to make a significant impact within a vibrant primary setting, with contracts available across long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent engagements starting as soon as possible, offering a daily rate between £95 and £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive support to individual pupils and small groups, fostering their academic and personal growth.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing engaging learning materials and maintaining an organised classroom environment.
* Implement tailored support strategies for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring inclusive learning.
* Encourage positive pupil behaviour and promote a harmonious, respectful atmosphere within the classroom.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and other professionals to uphold high standards of pupil welfare and progress.
* Support pupils during various activities throughout the school day, including break times and educational outings.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting primary school children in their educational journey.
* Demonstrable experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role within a school setting is essential.
* You are adaptable and proactive, capable of responding effectively to diverse classroom needs and challenges.
* An understanding of the primary curriculum and effective learning strategies will be highly valued.
* You exhibit excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and a desire to grow within the education sector defines your approach.
