Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to pupils with special educational needs.
* Assist in the successful implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, managing behaviour effectively with empathy.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to monitor pupil progress.
* Develop and adapt learning resources to meet varied individual needs and support engagement.
* Champion the independence and social development of all pupils under your care.
About You
* Demonstrable experience supporting children with special educational needs in a primary setting.
* Possess a genuine passion for inclusive education and nurturing individual growth.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils and colleagues.
* Be proactive, adaptable, and resourceful in your approach to supporting learning.
