We are seeking a passionate and inspiring MFL – French & Spanish Teacher to join an innovative school for a permanent, long-term contract starting in September 2026. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement high-quality, differentiated schemes of work for French and Spanish.
* Deliver enthusiastic and effective lessons that captivate and challenge pupils of varying abilities.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback for development.
* Contribute actively to the vibrant MFL department, collaborating on curriculum enhancement.
* Support the school’s ethos by fostering a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Participate in wider school activities, promoting languages beyond the curriculum.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in French and Spanish.
* Possess demonstrable experience teaching MFL at secondary level, including NQT/ECTs.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for languages and a commitment to pupil achievement.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate pupils.
* Have strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships.
* Be dedicated to ongoing professional development and collaborative practice.
