Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated 1:1 support tailored to a primary pupil with complex special educational needs.
* Build a strong, positive rapport with the pupil to encourage their engagement and progress.
* Effectively implement individualised Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets and strategies.
* Collaborate closely with external therapists and specialists to integrate their guidance into daily practice.
* Assist the pupil with personal care needs and sensory regulation as required.
* Contribute positively to the overall inclusive ethos and daily life of the primary school community.
About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting children with complex special educational needs, such as ASD, PMLD, or sensory impairment.
* Show a genuine passion for making a significant difference in a child's educational journey.
* Exhibit exceptional patience, empathy, and resilience in a dynamic classroom environment.
* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with pupils, staff, and external professionals.

* Hold a relevant qualification or have significant practical experience in SEN support within a primary setting.
