• Maintain a safe and inspiring workshop environment, ensuring all equipment is used responsibly.
• Design and implement challenging practical projects that foster creativity and problem-solving.
• Contribute to the wider departmental initiatives and school community events.
• Differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of all secondary students, promoting inclusion.
About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking a supportive start.
