Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum that stimulate curiosity and promote academic progress.
* Cultivate a vibrant, inclusive, and safe learning environment where all children feel valued and encouraged to succeed.
* Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor pupil attainment and identify areas for targeted intervention.
* Collaborate proactively with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to whole-school initiatives.

* Establish strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, facilitating open communication regarding pupil development.

* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience, or a strong desire to excel, within a Key Stage 1 setting.
