About the Role
Within a innovative school environment located in the vibrant Colchester area of Essex, we are seeking dedicated SEN Supply Teachers for daily and short-term assignments. This crucial role involves providing consistent, high-quality cover across a variety of adapted curriculum areas within specialist secondary settings, ensuring continued learning and support for students with diverse special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to secondary students with special educational needs.
* Adapt teaching materials and strategies to meet individual student requirements effectively.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff to ensure comprehensive student assistance.
* Uphold all school policies and procedures, contributing to a safe and orderly setting.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback on student progress to relevant staff members.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within an SEN environment.
* Show a genuine passion for supporting the educational journey of students with special needs.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a patient, understanding approach.
* Be highly adaptable and resilient, comfortable thriving in various school environments.
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships.
* Commit wholeheartedly to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all young people.
