About the Role
A dedicated school in the West Midlands seeks an exceptional Physics Teacher with a Chemistry specialism to join our thriving Science department on a permanent, long-term contract. This challenging and rewarding opportunity involves inspiring secondary pupils to explore the complexities of the physical world, fostering deep understanding and critical thinking across both Physics and Chemistry disciplines. We are looking for a passionate educator ready to make an immediate impact, with a start date available as soon as possible or for September.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver stimulating Physics and Chemistry lessons that challenge and engage all learners.
* Cultivate an investigative and experimental approach within the classroom and laboratory settings.
* Assess pupil progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
* Contribute proactively to the development and enhancement of the broader Science curriculum.
* Foster a classroom environment where intellectual curiosity and academic excellence are paramount.
* Actively participate in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives, upholding our core values.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are ready to contribute meaningfully from day one.
* A strong academic background in Physics, coupled with a specialism in Chemistry, is essential.
* You demonstrate an unwavering passion for your subjects, capable of igniting curiosity in pupils.
* Your teaching practice is characterised by innovation, resilience, and a commitment to high standards.
* You are adept at managing a diverse classroom, ensuring an inclusive and productive learning space.
