Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for all children.
• Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their developmental milestones.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers, encouraging their active involvement in their child's learning.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community.
• Ensure the welfare and safeguarding of all pupils remains a top priority.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education and nurturing young minds.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and staff.
• Show creativity and adaptability in developing exciting and effective learning opportunities.
• Committed to creating an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and supported.
• Possess a strong understanding of child development and effective classroom management strategies.
