About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to join a network of forward-thinking schools located in the Burnham area, Buckinghamshire. This versatile opportunity offers a range of contract options, including daily supply, short-term, long-term, and potentially permanent placements, providing essential cover across various primary phases. You will play a vital role in maintaining educational continuity and delivering engaging learning experiences for pupils, with a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160 available for immediate starts.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively and adapt to diverse curriculum requirements.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Manage pupil behaviour consistently and fairly, adhering to school policies.
* Collaborate professionally with teaching assistants and other school staff.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your care.
* Provide constructive feedback on pupil progress where required.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to primary education.
* You possess recent experience teaching across different primary year groups.
* You demonstrate excellent adaptability and flexibility in new school settings.
* You have strong classroom management skills and a calm demeanour.
* You are passionate about inspiring young learners and fostering their development.
* You communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
