Key Responsibilities
* Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.
* Deliver pre-set work to students, ensuring they understand the tasks and objectives.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, upholding the school's positive behaviour policy.
* Foster a productive and respectful learning atmosphere for all pupils.
* Collect completed student work and return it to the relevant department.
* Report any significant pupil issues or concerns to the appropriate pastoral or teaching staff.
About You
* Possess prior experience working with young people, ideally within a secondary school setting.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and behavioural support skills.
* Exhibit a proactive and adaptable approach to different subjects and age groups.
* Communicate effectively and professionally with students, staff, and parents.
* Hold a genuine passion for contributing to a positive learning environment.
* Be highly organised, reliable, and capable of working independently.
