Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate engaging play-based learning activities.
* Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
* Ensure a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment at all times.
* Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes and personal care.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care.
* Observe and report on children's progress and well-being.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for early childhood development.
* Demonstrate previous experience working with young children in a nursery setting.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be a proactive and adaptable team player.
* Show commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
* Hold relevant qualifications in early years or childcare (desirable).
