An exceptional school in the Newbury area is seeking a versatile Primary Supply Teacher to join their dedicated team. This dynamic role offers incredible flexibility, with opportunities for daily supply, short-term assignments, long-term cover, and even potential permanent positions, all starting as soon as possible. You will be instrumental in ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment across various primary year groups, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £145 to £160.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons across different primary year groups.
* Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
* Adapt quickly to new school environments and varying routines.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* Collaborate professionally with existing teaching and support staff.
* Provide constructive feedback on pupil progress and classroom observations.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education.
* Possess a proven ability to adapt teaching styles to suit diverse pupil needs and curricula.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, fostering a respectful and productive atmosphere.
* Be highly organised, reliable, and able to respond proactively to changing daily requirements.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for inspiring young minds and supporting their holistic development.
