About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Chemistry Teacher to join the thriving Science department at a flourishing school in the South East of England. This permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to deliver engaging lessons across the secondary phase, commencing in September 2026. You will play a crucial role in fostering a love for Chemistry and Science among pupils, contributing to their academic success and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional Chemistry lessons to secondary pupils across various key stages.
* Plan and prepare stimulating and challenging schemes of work for the Science curriculum.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Contribute to departmental initiatives and the wider school community.
* Maintain a well-organised, safe, and positive learning environment.
* Actively participate in professional development opportunities.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Chemistry or a related Science subject.
* Possess a genuine passion for Chemistry and a commitment to inspiring young minds.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate learning.
* Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking a supportive first role, or an experienced teacher looking for a new challenge.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
* Have a commitment to continuous professional growth and collaborative team working.
