Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils with a range of special educational needs, both in group settings and on a one-to-one basis.
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging activities that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
* Adapt learning materials and resources to ensure accessibility and maximise pupil participation.
* Promote positive behaviour, social skills, and emotional well-being within the classroom and school environment.
* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress, providing valuable feedback to the teaching team.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for every child.

* Possess a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs and fostering their development.
* Hold relevant experience working with primary-aged pupils, particularly those requiring additional support.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
* Be patient, empathetic, and resilient, with a creative approach to problem-solving in an educational setting.
