Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.
• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and differentiated learning activities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting pupil engagement and independence.
• Collaborate closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to monitor progress and adapt strategies.
• Support pupils' social and emotional development, helping them build confidence and positive relationships.
• Prepare and adapt learning resources to meet specific individual requirements and abilities.

About You
• Possess previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs, ideally within a primary school setting.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for inclusive education and nurturing young minds.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Show initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting diverse learning styles.
• Hold relevant qualifications or training in SEN support, or be committed to ongoing professional development.
• Be an empathetic, patient, and resilient individual, dedicated to making a tangible difference to pupils' lives.
