Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging French and Spanish lessons to pupils across various key stages.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback for development.
* Cultivate a vibrant and inclusive classroom environment that encourages linguistic exploration.
* Contribute actively to the continuous development and success of the Modern Foreign Languages department.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
* Participate in wider school activities and contribute positively to the school community.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant degree in French and Spanish.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for modern foreign languages and their cultural significance.
* Possess the ability to teach French and Spanish effectively across the secondary age range.
* Show excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to creating an inclusive learning space.
* Be dedicated to fostering high academic achievement and personal growth in every pupil.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents.
