A thriving secondary school in East London is seeking an exceptional Chemistry Teacher to join their dedicated Science department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to secure a long-term, permanent contract starting in September 2026. The successful candidate will inspire students across all key stages with their expertise in Chemistry, contributing to a vibrant learning environment. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic and engaging Chemistry lessons to secondary school students.
* Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
* Assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
* Develop innovative resources that enhance the learning experience for pupils.
* Contribute actively to the continuous improvement and collaborative ethos of the Science department.
* Participate in wider school activities, supporting the holistic development of students.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Hold a relevant degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific field.
* Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Chemistry education.
* Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced educator seeking a new challenge (MPS/UPS).
* Exhibit strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire diverse learners.
* Show commitment to continuous professional development and contributing to a team.
