Key Responsibilities
• Provide bespoke assistance to primary pupils with a range of special educational needs.
• Collaborate effectively with class teachers to deliver engaging and differentiated learning experiences.
• Implement individualised support strategies, adapting resources as required.
• Foster an inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and able to thrive.
• Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to regular assessments and reviews.
• Support the development of social skills and positive behaviour within the classroom setting.

About You
• Proven experience supporting primary-aged children, ideally within an educational setting.
• A genuine understanding of, or previous experience with, Special Educational Needs.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with pupils, staff, and parents.
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
• The ability to work collaboratively as a valued member of a dedicated team.
• A steadfast commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
