Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum, meeting diverse learning needs.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, ensuring every child achieves their full potential.
* Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and a love for learning.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies, fostering a culture of respect and responsibility.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development and well-being.
* Contribute to the wider school community and its continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a solid understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to pupil achievement.
* Possess excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
* Be an effective communicator, capable of building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
* Show a proactive approach to continuous professional development and personal growth.
* Welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) through to experienced professionals.
