Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with diverse Special Educational Needs.
* Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), adapting learning materials as required.
* Encourage positive behaviour and social interactions within the classroom and during activities.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to share progress and strategies.
* Contribute to creating an accessible and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
* Monitor and record
