Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and pre-planned lessons across various primary year groups.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment for all pupils.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* Adapt quickly to different school environments and teaching styles.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback to pupils where appropriate.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to the primary phase.
* Possess a strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* Be highly adaptable and able to work effectively in diverse school settings.
* Show a genuine passion for education and pupil development.
* Be reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
